This website is for businesses and the people who work for them. It describes our advertising and measurement services for ecommerce brands in the US.

These terms only cover the website. Any paid work is governed by a signed proposal and our service terms. The summary of our service terms on the pricing page is for information. If anything in that summary or on this site differs from your signed proposal, the signed proposal controls.

  • Content on this site is general information about our services. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or other professional advice for your business.
  • Prices on this site are indicative. A price is only fixed once it’s in a written proposal that we’ve both agreed.
  • We don’t guarantee results from advertising. Results depend on the platforms, your products, your creative, your margins and your market.
  • Samples on this site, including the fictional store Fernway Goods, sample tables, sample reports and sample ad cards, use illustrative data. They aren’t clients and don’t show results we’ve achieved.
  • We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that every detail is complete or current at all times.

The free ad account audit

  • The free audit is free. It requires no card and no contract, and there’s no obligation to hire us afterward.
  • It covers account structure, tracking and Conversions API health, wasted spend, creative fatigue and landing pages over the last 30 days. We deliver it by email within 3 business days of receiving access or the screenshots and exports we ask for.
  • We may email you once or twice about working together. You can say no.
  • The audit is our professional opinion based on the data available to us. It’s not a guarantee of results.
  • You can remove our access at any time. We’ll never ask for your passwords.
  • The free audit is separate from our paid deep audit, which is a paid service governed by a signed proposal.

The content of this site, including text, design, graphics, sample materials and the Sodenza name and logo, belongs to Sodenza Com LLC or is used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Before going to court, we’d ask that you contact us so we can try to sort it out directly.
