In every tier
- Weekly optimization
- A one-page reconciliation sheet every week
- Monthly report and a call
- Creative direction: briefs, edits to your existing assets, a testing plan
- Replies within one business day, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 MT
Setup covers account structure, a tracking health check and building your reporting.
A channel is one ad platform: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit or LinkedIn. Facebook and Instagram together count as Meta. Tracking and landing pages aren't channels.
Creative variants are tested ads, not new productions. New creative is an add-on.
The short version
- Month-to-month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice.
- Setup is charged once, at the start.
- Ad spend is billed by the platforms directly to your card. We never touch it and we don't mark it up.
- You own all your accounts and data.
- Invoiced monthly in advance, due within 7 days. No online payment on this site.
- Prices in USD, plus applicable taxes.
If your spend changes
We look at the ad spend reported by the platforms we manage, per calendar month. If it sits in a higher band for two consecutive months, your tier moves up from the next invoice. We tell you in writing first.
It works the same way going down. Two consecutive months in a lower band, and the next invoice drops.
One big month doesn't move anything. That's on purpose, so a Black Friday spike doesn't change your fee.
Example: Launch to Grow
A fictional store on Launch, $1,900/mo.
| Month | Platform-reported spend | Band |
|---|---|---|
| August | $9,100 | Launch |
| September | $12,400 | Grow |
| October | $13,050 | Grow |
September and October are both in the Grow band. October's spend is confirmed in early November, after the November invoice has gone out at $1,900. We email notice, and the December invoice is $3,600. That's $1,700 more a month. No second setup fee.
A different store spends $11,000 in July and $8,600 in August. Only one month was in the Grow band, so it stays on Launch.

Summary of our service terms
The signed proposal controls.
- Fees and invoices
- Fees are in USD, plus applicable taxes, including New Mexico gross receipts tax where it applies. We invoice monthly in advance, and invoices are due within 7 days. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it's paid.
- Setup fee
- Invoiced before work starts. Refundable until work has started, meaning you've granted access and we've begun the first setup task. After that it's non-refundable.
- Tier changes
- If platform-reported spend on the channels we manage sits in a different band for two consecutive calendar months, your tier changes from the next invoice. We give written notice first.
- Cancelling
- Month-to-month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. The final invoice is prorated to the end of the notice period.
- Ad spend and budgets
- The platforms bill ad spend directly to your card. We never exceed an agreed budget cap without your approval.
- Ownership
- You own your ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties, Shopify store and all data. Final creative is yours once paid for, except third-party licensed elements. Our own tools, templates and methods stay ours. We only show your work in a portfolio with your written consent.
- UGC license
- The creator fee covers paid-social usage on Meta, TikTok and other paid social, in the US, for 12 months from first publication. Whitelisting, Spark or partnership access, longer terms and other channels are quoted. It's a license, not an assignment. When it expires, you stop running the content or extend it.
- What we need from you
- Timely access and approvals, accurate product information, the rights to anything you send us, and responsibility for your products, claims, landing pages and store policies, plus your own privacy notice and consent banner.
- Platforms
- Ad rejections, account suspensions, algorithm changes and tracking loss are outside our control. When they happen, we help in good faith.
- Results
- We don't guarantee results. Reports use platform and Shopify data, and the two can differ.
- Reporting and support
- A weekly reconciliation sheet, a monthly report and call. Support Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 MT, replies within one business day.
- Data
- We process your customers' data only on your instructions, to run your measurement. A data processing agreement is available on request.
- Confidentiality
- We keep your business information confidential, and we expect the same for ours.
- Liability
- We work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 3 months, and neither side is liable for indirect loss. Each side indemnifies the other for claims caused by its own breach or materials.
- Suspension
- We may suspend work for non-payment, platform policy violations or illegal products.
- How we work
- We're an independent contractor. We may use vetted freelancers and creators and remain responsible for their work. Neither side is exclusive.
- Disputes
- New Mexico law, courts in Bernalillo County. We'd escalate and try to resolve it between us first.
- Price changes
- We give 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Example: cancelling mid-month
A fictional store on Grow, $3,600/mo, invoiced on the 1st. It emails notice on May 12.
Thirty days from May 12 is June 11. May is already invoiced and paid. The final invoice covers June 1 to 11: 11 of June's 30 days.
$3,600 ÷ 30 × 11 = $1,320, plus applicable taxes
After June 11, we remove ourselves from the accounts. Everything in them stays with the store.
In this example, proration is by calendar day. Your proposal sets the exact method.
Pricing questions
What counts as ad spend?
The spend each platform reports for the channels we manage, per calendar month. Channels we don't manage aren't counted.
Our spend is seasonal. Will we bounce between tiers?
Not from one big month. It takes two consecutive months in a different band to change the tier, in either direction.
Do you take a percentage of spend on top?
No. The fee is flat within your band.
Can we pause for a quiet month?
There's no pause in the standard terms. If you know a quiet season is coming, tell us before signing and we'll write it into the proposal.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do, along with the pixels, analytics properties, Shopify store and all the data. We're an added user.
How do we pay?
By invoice, after you sign a written proposal. There's no checkout on this site.
No one can guarantee results. Platforms, creative and your margins decide. What we can promise is the setup, the cadence and the report.
Want a quote for your store?
