Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sodenza Com LLC collects through sodenza.com, through our forms and emails, and while we do work for clients, and what we do with it. We’ve tried to keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us.
Who we are
Sodenza Com LLC (“Sodenza”, “we”, “us”) is an independent ads agency. We work remotely for ecommerce businesses in the US.
- Mailing address: 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. This is a mailing address only; we don’t take walk-ins.
- Email: support@sodenza.com
- Phone: +1 (206) 520-1447, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 MT
What we collect
What you send us through our forms
- Free audit form: your store’s web address, the platform it runs on, your approximate monthly ad spend, the ad channels you use, what’s bothering you, how you’d like to share data, any notes you add, your name, email address, company or store name, and your phone number if you choose to give it.
- Contact form: the topic, the pricing tier you’re asking about if any, your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
Please don’t send passwords or sensitive personal information through our forms. We never ask for passwords or card details.
Audit materials
If you ask for an audit, you may give us read-only access to your ad accounts or analytics, or send screenshots and exports. Those accounts and materials can contain information about your business and, in summary form, your own customers. You decide what we can see, and you can remove our access at any time.
Technical information
When you visit sodenza.com, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. When you submit a form, we keep a hashed version of your IP address for a short time to limit spam and repeated submissions.
Emails and calls
If you email or call us, we keep the email or a note of the call, along with your contact details.
Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, pixels or tracking scripts. We don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t build advertising profiles from your visit.
If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we’ll update this policy first and explain what they do.
How we use your information
- To prepare your free audit and send it to you
- To reply to your message or inquiry
- To send you a proposal, if you ask for one, and to run and invoice the work if you become a client
- To follow up about working together. We may email you once or twice after an audit or inquiry. You can say no, and we’ll stop.
- To protect our forms and website from spam and abuse
- To keep records we need for tax, accounting and legal reasons
If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry only. We won’t send marketing texts without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the following, and only as needed:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our email provider and anti-spam tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Freelancers or creators we work with on a client project, limited to what they need for that project.
- Our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized. They would have to use the information in line with this policy.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and audit requests that don’t lead to work: 12 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records, such as proposals, invoices and correspondence: for the length of the contract plus 6 years, for tax and legal reasons.
- Spam-protection logs with hashed IP addresses: 30 days.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider: according to the provider’s standard schedule.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, such as encrypted connections to this website, limited access to our inboxes and accounts, and read-only access wherever it’s enough for the job. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can email support@sodenza.com at any time to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
- stop receiving emails about working with us
Every commercial email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We confirm within one business day and complete the request within 45 days.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because this site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking, there’s nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If that changes, we’ll honor those signals where the law requires.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. They aren’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Where your information is processed
We’re based in the US and serve US clients. Your information is processed and stored in the United States.
Data we handle for clients
When we run ads, tracking or reporting for a client, we may handle personal information about that client’s own customers and website visitors, for example through Conversions API events, analytics data or customer lists the client uploads to ad platforms.
- For that information, we act as a service provider, or processor, for our client. We process it only on the client’s instructions, to run their measurement and advertising. We don’t use it for our own advertising and we don’t sell it.
- The client’s own privacy notice applies to that information, not this one.
- If we receive a privacy request from one of our client’s customers, we pass it to the client and help them respond.
- A data processing agreement is available to clients on request.
- When a client relationship ends, we delete or return client campaign data within 30 days of the client’s request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell clients by email.
