The setup every other number depends on
If the tracking is wrong, every report, bid and budget decision built on it is wrong too. We build it carefully, check it against real Shopify orders, and keep checking every week.

What gets built
Server-side doesn't mean invisible. It means cleaner data, sent with your visitors' consent choices intact.
GA4
Purchase, add-to-cart and checkout events matched to how Shopify records an order, including revenue, tax and shipping treated the same way.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Browser and server events sent together and deduplicated, so a single order isn't counted twice.
Server-side Google Tag Manager
A server container that receives events from your store and forwards them to the platforms you choose. Hosting is billed at cost by the provider. We prefer to set it up on an account in your name.
Consent
We can set up Consent Mode and tracking that respects your consent banner.
UTMs
One naming convention for every channel, written down, so GA4 traffic sources stop showing up as a pile of "other."
Reconciliation, every week
Once it's built, we compare what each platform reports against your Shopify admin every week. One page, same layout each time.
Our goal is to get GA4 within a few percent of Shopify. That's a goal, not a promise, because some orders can't be tracked at all. Platform numbers will always run high, since each one claims its own credit. The point is to know by how much, and to watch for changes.
When the numbers drift apart
We look for the cause first: a theme update that broke an event, a new checkout app, a consent banner change. You get a note in the weekly sheet saying what moved and what we did.
Already on a monthly tier?
Every tier's setup includes a tracking health check and the weekly reconciliation. The $1,800 build is for stores where that check finds the tracking needs rebuilding, not patching.
| Source | Revenue reported | Versus Shopify |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify admin | $58,300 | baseline |
| GA4 | $55,900 | 4% under |
| Meta and Google combined | $75,800 | 30% over |

Price
$1,800one-time + hosting at cost
Available on its own or alongside a monthly tier.
$1,800 one-time for the build: GA4, Meta Conversions API, server-side Tag Manager and Shopify reconciliation. Server hosting is extra and billed at cost.
This is a one-off project, so the monthly notice period doesn't apply. Payment timing is in your proposal. You stay responsible for your own privacy notice and consent banner. We'll set up tracking to respect it, but we don't write it for you.
We can't promise perfect attribution. We promise a careful build, weekly checks and an honest report.
Tracking questions
Will server-side tracking get around ad blockers?
That's not what it's for. It makes data cleaner and more complete for visitors who've agreed to tracking. It doesn't override anyone's choices.
Will this fix our attribution?
No tool makes attribution exact. What this does is make the inputs as accurate as they can be, then show you, every week, how far each platform's version is from what Shopify actually recorded.
How much does server hosting cost?
It depends on your traffic and the provider. For most small and mid-sized stores it's a modest monthly amount. We'll quote it before we set anything up, and it's billed at cost.
Does this make our tracking compliant with privacy laws?
Compliance depends on your own privacy notice, your consent banner and where your customers are. We set tracking up to respect the consent choices your banner collects. Questions about what your notice must say are for your lawyer.
Do you handle our customers' data?
Only as needed to run your measurement, and only on your instructions. We don't use it for our own advertising or sell it.
